How it works

1. Pick what happened: paid on time, paid late, or didn't pay, plus how many days it took to pay.
2. Confirm your email. Your report shows only after you confirm, and we never show your email or MC/DOT.
3. Optional short comment. Comments stay hidden until we review them.

Broker pages show totals only from confirmed reports. Brokers can dispute a report under our dispute rules. Reports are carriers' own experiences, not statements of fact by UnpaidLoad, and nothing here is legal advice.
