BlockPay LLC, a California limited liability company, operates UnpaidLoad.com.

• What we collect: broker MC/DOT numbers you search; claim details you enter (company, contact, load info); PDFs you upload; payment status from Stripe (we never see your full card number).
• Why: to generate your documents and process payment.
• Retention: claim records and uploads are automatically deleted after 30 days. Cached public FMCSA broker data is kept up to 24 hours.
• Sharing: we don't sell your data. We use Cloudflare (hosting/storage) and Stripe (payments).
• Your choices: email support@unpaidload.com to request early deletion.
