Community and Carrier Reports Guidelines
Last updated October 22, 2026
Carrier Reports let carriers share how a freight broker paid them on a load they hauled. To keep them useful and fair, these rules apply.
What you can post
- Truthful, first-hand experiences only. Report only loads you or your company hauled, and only what actually happened.
- Reports use fixed choices (for example, how and when you were paid). Optional comments should stick to facts: dates, amounts, and what was said in writing.
What's not allowed
- False, misleading, or second-hand claims, or reports about loads you didn't haul.
- Threats, harassment, hate, profanity aimed at people, or accusations of crimes you can't back up.
- Private personal information (personal phone numbers, home addresses, and the like).
- Reports by brokers about competitors, reports for pay, or fake or duplicate reports.
- Spam, links, or advertising.
How moderation works
- You must confirm your email before a report appears.
- Comments stay hidden until we approve them.
- We may edit, decline, hide, or remove any report or comment that breaks these rules, and may block repeat offenders.
- Reports are the opinions of the carriers who submit them. We do not verify them and they are not statements of fact by BlockPay LLC.
Disputes by brokers
A broker who believes a report is inaccurate can dispute it from that broker's page. Disputed reports are marked "Disputed by broker" while we review. We may ask either side for documents, and may keep, edit, or remove the report.
Takedown requests
To ask us to remove content (for example, inaccurate, defamatory, or private information), email support@unpaidload.com with the subject "Takedown request," the page URL, the content at issue, why it should be removed, and your contact details. For copyright issues, see our DMCA notice.
