UnpaidLoad.com is operated by BlockPay LLC, a California limited liability company ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Not a law firm. We provide self-service document preparation only. We do not give legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed.
2. Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, reviewing documents before sending, and meeting all deadlines and surety, contract, or legal requirements.
3. Public data. Broker, bond, and surety data comes from public FMCSA records and may be outdated or wrong. Verify before relying on it.
4. No guarantee. No outcome or payment is guaranteed.
5. Payment. Packets cost $19, charged via Stripe. Refund requests: support@unpaidload.com within 7 days if your packet could not be generated.
6. Acceptable use. Don't submit false claims or use the service to harass anyone.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
