We want our email to be useful and easy to stop. Here's how BlockPay LLC, a California limited liability company handles email.
Types of email
- Transactional: sign-in links, receipts, packet and report notices, alerts and reminders you turn on. These are needed to run the Service.
- Business outreach: occasional short messages to trucking businesses about UnpaidLoad.
Our commitments (CAN-SPAM)
- Accurate "From" names and honest subject lines.
- Commercial messages identify themselves as coming from UnpaidLoad / BlockPay LLC.
- Every commercial email includes our valid physical postal address.
- Every commercial email includes a working unsubscribe link (to
/unsub) and supports one-click unsubscribe. - Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly, and well within the 10 business days the law allows. We keep a suppression list so you stay removed.
- We don't buy or sell email lists, and we don't share your address with other marketers.
Unsubscribe or report a problem
Use the link in any email, or email support@unpaidload.com with the address to remove. Partners must follow these rules too; see the Partner Terms.
