Partner and Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to the UnpaidLoad partner program run by BlockPay LLC, a California limited liability company. By joining at /partners, you agree to them and to our Terms of Service. Partner questions: partners@unpaidload.com.

Commission

You earn 20% of the amount actually paid (after discounts, taxes excluded) on purchases made by customers you refer.
For Pro subscriptions, you earn on the first 12 months of paid invoices for each referred customer. A yearly plan counts as 12 months.
A referral is credited when a customer arrives through your link and buys within 60 days, tracked by the ul_ref cookie. The last partner link clicked gets the credit. Tracking can fail (for example, if cookies are blocked), and we aren't responsible for untracked sales.

Payouts

We pay monthly, once your unpaid balance is $25 or more, by PayPal or ACH.
We'll collect payout and tax details (such as a W-9) before your first payout. You're responsible for your own taxes.

Reversals

If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the commission on it is reversed, including by deducting it from future payouts.

Rules

No spam. Don't send unsolicited bulk email, texts, or messages, and follow CAN-SPAM and other laws.
No self-referrals. You can't earn commission on your own purchases or those of your company or household.
No misleading claims: don't promise payment results, call us a law firm, or say we offer legal advice.
No bidding on "UnpaidLoad" brand terms in paid search, and no look-alike domains.
You're an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, or partner in a legal sense.

Changes and termination

We may change commission rates, payout rules, or these terms, or end the program, with notice by email or on this page. Changes apply going forward. We may remove a partner who breaks these terms, and unpaid commissions earned through violations are forfeited.
