What to include in a notice

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The URL of the material on UnpaidLoad.com.
  4. Your name, mailing address, phone, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send a counter-notice with the content's former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
